Are you a qualified teacher striving for a new challenge deputising as a Special Needs and Disabilities Coordinator with KS3 students?
Your Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced teacher with a passion for supporting KS3 students with special educational needs to ensure compliance with all SEND Policy and Oxfordshire County Council statutory requirements. Working closely with the Leadership Team and Heads of Departments, your responsibilities will include deputising for the SENDCO; supporting additional learning curriculum approaches; progressing the attainment of students with SEND and CWCF; assisting with identification of provision for SEND / CWCF students; the effective deployment of Teaching Assistant’s to provide suitable support in classrooms; and assisting with design and the implementation of internal interventions.

The Details
Salary: £28,000 to £43,685 (MPS / UPS) plus TLR 2b (£5,192)
Interview date: to be arranged at mutual convenient for the candidate and school.
